Your Right to Delete
At Visualife, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request to delete your data or your entire account at any time.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data or account, simply send us an email at hi@visualife.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" or "Account Deletion Request".
What to Include in Your Request
- The email address associated with your Visualife account
- Whether you want to delete specific data or your entire account
- Any additional details about your request
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your profile information and account details
- All calendar entries and events
- Your habits, goals, and tasks
- Any meals, moods, and health measurements you've logged
- All other data associated with your account
